Beyond that it's $0.60/min, or move up to Scale, which is unlimited on fair use up to 1,500 minutes a month. On Foundation we host and maintain your website and CRM for you, which is why it runs on a 12-month minimum. Founding pricing covers the ten spots we open each quarter, takes 30% off the monthly rate, halves the onboarding fee on Capture, Answer and Scale, and is locked in for as long as you stay with us — it never goes up, even when our standard rates do.
